Delivery

All prams, cots and all other furniture over 10 kgs CANT BE DELIVERED unless it is local delivery.

Once your order has been processed, Country Kids will dispatch your items within 3-10 working days. If we are unable to send your items due to circumstances out of our control you will be notified via email or phone asap. Delivery of goods usually takes between 2 and 10 working days, depending on where it is being sent.
Customers must ensure that they provide the correct delivery address. Country Kids will not be responsible for lost items due to supply of incorrect address.
We do not call prior to delivery.
We do not deliver outside of Australia

Returns

It is the customers responsibility to retain the receipt for proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unused, containing all accessories and manuals. You must also have the original receipt for the purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Downloadable software products, cameras
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unleash stated

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is also a chance that the account department isn't in that day.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, as mention by law.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The Houdini Stop Chest Strap is a safety device designed to prevent children from taking their arms out of their car seat, highchair, or stroller harness straps. Here are some key points about the Houdini Stop Chest Strap:

Design: It consists of two clips joined by a length of non-toxic red silicone. These clips attach to the harness straps of the car seat, highchair, or stroller to hold them closer together, preventing the child from wriggling out.

Size Compatibility: The Houdini Stop is designed to fit over any single-layer harness that is up to 38mm wide.

Safety: The product has been crash-tested to meet AS/NZS standard 8005:2013 in both forward and rear-facing car seat situations. It has been proven safe in these tests. It's important to note that there may be cheaper copies of the Houdini Stop on the market that have not undergone these rigorous safety tests.

The red silicon strap is non-toxic. It remains sturdy and does not stretch, even in the heat of cars, ensuring consistent performance. Replacement for Chest Clip: Yes, it can be used in place of an existing chest clip. However, it should not be used in conjunction with an existing chest clip. The old chest clip should be fully removed before using the Houdini Stop.

Effectiveness: The Houdini Stop has a high success rate, with more than a 95% effectiveness in preventing children from escaping their harness straps. Most children are not dexterous or strong enough to manipulate the release mechanism. It's worth noting that it cannot be made 100% inescapable, as it needs to be easily released by an adult in an emergency situation.
